•we sense the danger but don't wanna give up,, Frederick was getting really bored of just sitting in his dorm room throwing a ball at his wall and waiting for it to come back. He thought maybe if he went online, that could kill his boardem, but no luck there. He finally decided that a walk around the school grounds would be a good idea because not only would he be getting fresh air and exercise, who could accidently walk into Mercedes and make small talk, he doubted it, but a boy could dream right? So, he grabbed his Element hhody from his chair and put it on around him. He took one final look around his dorm room and finally made his way out, closing the door behind him. He then made his way down the corridor and down the two flights of stairs to take him to the ground floor. He looked around the lounge quickly before deciding to make his way out of the dorm building.
Although it was pretty sunny, he could feel the cold creeping into his hoody. He zipped it up and snuggled up to himself inside of it as her shoved his hands in his jean pockets. He was really hoping that it would be getting warmer sometime soon because all of this coldness was beginning to put a damper on his usually high spirits. He was glad he would soon be attending a party organised by Juliette otherwise he could have gone mad. He would have said he misses his mad Canadian friend, but the truth was he couldn't escape her really. The two of them were always together, even when she was Brad. It was a weird friendship, but it worked because they were both so close, pretty much like brother and sister really.
Frederick carried on walking down the path, standing at around five foot and ten inches on this fine Australian day. He sure did love being this tall, just about the right height for skateboarding really, not too tall that he would topple and not too short that it was so hard to do his lovely little lip tricks. He smiled lightly to himself as he thought about his skateboarding days and the conversation he had with Bam a few nights ago about what was going to be going on with them right now. He would be so happy the day that Bam came along and showed everyone how close they were, he knew that some people didn't really believe him, but this would prove them all wrong. That and he would poke Ville to come and join them. Then maybe a certain girl by the name of Mercedes would look at him more than once, he just hoped that it would be just because he has famous friends.
He glanced up quickly, only to see the trees of the school grounds towering over him. A huge grin appeared upon the boys pale lips and he sprinted towards the tree. He loved to just climb trees whenever he felt like it and now was a time he really felt like it. He quickly, but very carefully started to climb up the tree. He was extreme, but also very careful, he knew if he broke another bone, he would be murdered by his coach and then it would be a lot harder for him to skate, especially if he broke a leg. He finally reached the correct position of the tree that he would find comfortable to sit at and settled himself down. He grinned as he looked out on the school grounds, he was even able to see Juliette walking into the sports building from here. He was King of the world sitting up here and he liked it like that.
Frederick sat back a little bit, relaxing in the tree. He was glad that it was finally the weekend. The first week of school had been pretty hectic and he was enjoying the week at school, but the amount of homework he had already got and the fact that he was now relied on so much in the chemistry class was getting a little tedious from time to time, now he knew how Juliette felt teaching french half the time. He closed his eyes lightly and could actually feel himself drifting off. He had been to too many parties and spent too long staying up during the holiday. He missed the holiday right now because at least there he could sleep until four in the afternoon. He suddenly felt himself fall from the tree and he let out a little yelp as he fell from the tree and landed on the grass below him. "Ow!" he exclaimed as he rubbed his elbow slightly, sitting up and leaning against the tree.

AURELIE APRIL RUSH !well hey, hey baby it's never too late, pretty soon you won't remember a thing, and i can't stay, well you know i won't wait, i was gone from the very first day. my name is Aurelie april rush. i'm seventeen years of age, originally from nashville, tennessee, but newly located in perth where i attend the college there. my major is parkour and my minor is, well we don't have minors. i don't belong here, i don't belong anywhere. i'd say that i want to go home but then where would i go? i don't have a home. i've never really had a stable home and strangely i'm okay with that. i'm not too sure why i'm here.
The one named Aurelie April Rush rolled over in her dorm bed, the covers shifted with her movement and then fell to the floor in a heap. The small girl shivered slightly but remained asleep, it was rather early in the morning, or possibly late: either way she wasn't sure and wasn't aware since she was asleep. Whatever the time was at the moment you could be sure that in about ten seconds the five foot three inche female would wake up and fall out of her bed. As was per usual with her 'morning' routine. Sure enough, ten seconds passed and she rolled over the edge of her bed, landing softly on the duvet cover she had thrown off of her moments earlier. Rubbing her eyes as she sat herself up, Aurelie looked around her dorm and took note of the fact that it was still pretty dark. Her eyes weren't quite adjusted to the light of the room yet so everything was more or less blurry to her dazzling green ones. Rubbing her eyes furiously, Aurelie shifted her position slightly and craned her neck to look at her alarm clock which read 7:29:58 AM. A groan escaped her pale lips and at the same time a slender hand came upto her forehead, there was a light 'whap' in the air then a faint 'ow.' which came from her mouth. And up she got, probably too fast.
Aurelie fell back down into a heap and groaned a second time. Head rush wasn't a pleasant feeling first thing in the morning, her slender hand remained on her forehead as she sat herself up slowly this time. Inch by inch she pulled herself up so that she was standing and slowly placed her hands on her hips as she looked around her room once again. Suddenly she wished that she could still be asleep, asleep where she could escape everything around her. Especially her past which she hated so much, although she hadn't exactly minded the fame while it lasted; it was just everything else that went with it. Her life hadn't been exactly what you'd call perfect and she just wanted to escape it, well most of it anymore. She was still into the music; she loved music and she didn't think that there'd ever be a chance for her to stop her love for music, not ever. Aurelie had been brought up on music for nineteen years, there was no going back now, not that she really wanted to anyway. Music was her life, always had been and always would be. A faint smile crossed her pink tinged lips as she remembered a loving memory from when she was still in the band. It was a lovely memory that she wished she could cherish forever and ever. It was of the time she and the lead guitarist went on a random shopping trip and accidentally trashed a shoe store by knocking over a shoe stand, it had been a domino effect, but it was funny. Despite the circumstances.
The small, orange haired girl decided that now was the time to go and get dressed, so she picked up her duvet; shoved them onto her bed and traipsed off to her closet to pull out some clothes. Five minutes later she was dressed in a pair of blue skinny jeans with a 'to write love on her arms' skinny fit t-shirt and topped off with a 'hum hallelujah' hoodie. Hum Hallelujah was the name of the band that she was in before everything went a little...wrong and they disbanded. It was a nice day, she figured to go to the music class. It was a Saturday though and she did have some thoughts as to why she was even awake at half past seven in the morning on a Saturday. Nevertheless she grabbed everything that she needed and headed out of her dorm over to the grounds where she was walking and minding her own business. As usual she wasn't looking where she was going and suddenly, out of nowhere came this boy...he seemed to have fallen from the sky. Aurelie was startled, she took a step backwards instantly and almost regretted it. Her hand flew to her side and she looked down. "Oh! Frederick, are you okay?" she asked in her usual quiet voice, bending down over him slightly with her hand pressed to her side where the bruise from Mitchell had come from last night.

•we sense the danger but don't wanna give up,, Frederick was very used to pain and was someone who could handle it because he had spent most of his youth being in pain, you would be too if you were trying to skateboard in the icey wastelands of Finland. Yeah sure, there were some bad memories there, but there were some awesome ones there too! Most of the good memories involved his mother, Papa Olaf, Ville and his trusty skateboard. The slight pain in his head was beginning to subside, but he needed to give himself a once over before he okayed everything because of course, he could have broken a leg or something and not know it, after all, he did once break an arm and not have a clue about it until he went to the hospital and they questioned him about it. He missed those innocent days where a broken leg was just hilarious and Juliette would sign the cast until there was no white spaces left.
Frederick heard a small voice coming from above him. Currently, his vision was a little blurry, sure fire sign that he had a concussion, but he didn't care, he would probably just go sleep that off. The sweet little voice didn't seem to have a source, he had no idea where it was coming from. He didn't really know people's voices, apart from Juliette and Jack's and it definitely wasn't either of them, not Canadian enough or manly enough. Came from a female and the only female that was springing into his mind right now is God. "God, is that you?" he questioned with a small voice. It wasn't his fault that he had watched Dogma last night and was corrupted by the fact that Alanis Morissette had played God. He blinked and realised there was actually a person sitting there and she was that adorable little Aurelie that he had befriended on her first day.
Frederick decided that it would probably be a good idea to sit up right now before the blood rushed from his head. He slowly sat up and rubbed the back of his head to check whether there was any blood or not. When he realised there was no blood and his vision had finally cleared up, he looked up at Aurelie with a huge grin on his face. "I'm good, it'll take a lot more than a fall out of a tree to stop me from being okay," he said with a huge childish grin. He was right, it would take a lot more than a little fall to stop him from being okay, hell, this kid broke legs and he was still giggling like a little school girl. Oh yes, this boy did giggle like a girl but he really doesn't care because he just wants to have fun and that's what life is to him, just having loads of fun times with all those crazy people that he loved so much, Aurelie being one of them of course. He may have only known her for a week, but this girl was like magic and her hair wa sjust amazing!
Frederick watched her carefully and noted the positioning of where her hand was. She seemed to be protecting something, like a mother protecting her child, but this seemed a little more sinister if he was honest with himself. He didn't like to admit it but there was something wrong with her relationship with Mitchell, he could never quite prove it. He had suspected him of abusing her, but really couldn't say a thing about it. "You okay, carrot top?" he asked with a smile as if he was just a friend making conversation but there was another motive behind his question, he wanted to find out if that thing she was sheltering was a bruise or not, then he would finally be able to prove to everyone that Mitchell was abusive and he could steal her away from him, kick crap out of him and proctect Aurelie. Yes, Frederick did get over protective, especially over girls because he grew up looking after his mother and being told the right way to treat women by his Papa Olaf. On top of that, he hated people who hurt people for no reason, so he had a good reason to kill Mitchell if his suspision was right.

Last night had probably been the worst night, by far. Mitchell had hurt himself trying to practise his American Football, the steriods had made him angrier than ever and once practise was over he rushed over to his girlfriend and blamed her for his injury. Needless to say that Aurelie did not walk away from that night without a bruise. She walked away with several along with emotional pain and a huge headache. She was unable to walk properly but she managed to get back to her dorm without anymore fault. Rather much like Frederick, she was used to pain, but unlike Frederick she wasn't 'immune' to it. The physical pain that Mitchell caused her more often than not was something that she wished never happened. Of course she wished that she could rid herself of her abusive boyfriend but something was keeping her drawn to him, much to her distaste. She wished that there was something she could do just to rid herself of him but everytime she thought of something it made her cringe and she found herself chickening out of telling anyone.
After she had spoken, Aurelie continued to look down on her new friend as she kept her hand on her side and bent down slightly to make sure that he was okay. From where she had been standing his fall had looked pretty bad and she wanted to be sure that he was fine otherwise she wouldn't stop fretting over him until he assured her that he was completely fine. Like the other day when he had accidentally punched her in the face. It had been a mistake and she hadn't blamed him for one second, yet he still seemed to want to apologise to her over and over again. Her voice was like a 'hick' voice, so she had been told, and was rather deep and strangely throaty, unlike her sister's. God? she wondered, narrowing her eyes slightly. Was his fall so bad that he thought he was in heaven and she was God? Aurelie blinked and crouched down a little more. "I'm not God." she mumbled rather quietly, pressing her hand into her side just a little bit more, resisting the overwhelming urge to wince. "Frederick..."
She watched him sit up, slightly alarmed because she didn't think that he should really be sitting up at this moment in time. He could have concussion or something. She was about to go ahead and tell him that he ought to stay laying down but he was already up and talking to her, quite fast. Her green eyes were already scanning his figure to make sure of that. It was good that she didn't see any blood because she wasn't a big fan of that and she would end up fainting if she saw any of it anywhere, from anyone. Although it was strange that she never really fainted when the blood was her own. Strange. "Are you sure?" she asked, her voice almost a whisper as she sat herself down slowly, biting her lower lip to stop herself from wincing. Frederick was her friend and she wouldn't have him any other way. Sure she had only know him for a week but that didn't matter, he was pretty damn cool in her books, as was Juliette and even the strange assasin-looking Jett who was rather mysterious.
Her hand stayed on her side, never moving from it and she continued to chew on her lower lip, willing herself not to wince as she sat down on the ground next to her newly aquired friend. Yes, there was something wrong with her relationship with Mitchell but she wouldn't allow herself to voice it to anyone, least of all her older sister and her boyfriend who just so happened to be Mitchell's brother. "M'fine, fish." Aurelie didn't seem to mind that he called her carrot top and she had absolutely no idea where the name 'fish' came from for him, it just seemed like the right thing to call him. For a nickname anyway. She shrugged gently, regretting it instantly as a small gasp escaped her lips and she fell backwards, flat on her back and in pain. "Parkour, is dangerous." that was her excuse for her injuries, which was believeable because her sport was something that was very dangerous indeed.

•we sense the danger but don't wanna give up,, Frederick had fallen from a lot higher heights than that tree and got up unscathed. He was one tough cookie, although a paper cut would be something he would cry about. Then again, when he had his tattoo and even broken bones, he was pretty relaxed about the whole thing. He was one of those guys who could take pain, but didn't like niggles, paper cuts were a huge pet peeve of his. He had always been a bit of a junkie for pain as it were, he wouldn't fall off of his skateboard on purpose, but if he did, the pain gave him that adrenaline boost and he would carry on, fight though the pain and love every minute of it. That would usually be the days when he would skate home and his leg would be completely covered in blood and once you get rid of all the dried blood, it was a tiny little graze.
Frederick chuckled slightly at his mistake once again and shrugged it off a little bit. "Well, I guess your hair is all like heavenly and made me think there was an angel around," he said with a little grin. Yes, it was her hair that glowed ever so much. He really did love her hair and was the first person to mention it when the small group of them met her. He really did love her hair and the fact that she was brave enough to have it orange just intrigued him so much. He loved bright colours on girls and thought that having bright hair was really pretty which is why he had badgered Juliette so much to dye that little bit of hair pink. Of course, there was one case that he prefered the natural beauty of a girl's hair and that was Mercedes, she was perfect the way she was and he wished that one day he wouldn't have to adore her from far away, but he doubted that would ever happen to him, it only happened in fairy stories.
Frederick rubbed his eyes with his closed fists and then turned to Aurelie with a small nod. He had walked concussions off on many ocassions and had never had any problems. He didn't really know why people made a big deal about concussion and broken bones because they didn't really mean much to him really, the only thing that sucked was when he broke his leg, then he really couldn't skateboard, he could try but he would be pushing off with his crutches, and that was always fun, but a bitch to do tricks on. He pushed up his hoody sleeves and checked his elbows, no grazes, they were just a little red. He leaned against the tree and looked back at Aurelie with a reassuring smile. "Yup, I'm perfectly fine, thank you," he said with his signature smile that made girls smile right back at him. He was a bit of a ladies man, but it was just because he was slightly smooth in his ways when he was with women. Really, he was a big softie, completely romantic and protector of all women.
Frederick watched as she sat down next to her, watching carefully, hoping that she wasn't hurt too bad. He could tell that there was something up, but he would press on it because he knew people didn't like to talk about it, it had taken him forever to beat out of Juliette how she felt about Brad and Jack. He knew that she liked Jack but would never let it spill to Brad because it wasn't his place to say. Now if Brad was hurting Juliette, then he would step in, exactly the same way he would step in if he knew for certain that Mitchell was hurting Aurelie. He smiled a little bit, he sure did love that nickname, no idea where it came from, but it always made him smile. Carrot top was his nickname for her because of her awesome hair and if anyone stole it, he would be sure to poke them with a stick. He nodded a little bit, he guessed that parkour could have caused her some pain and watched as she felt backwards. He quickly and carefully helped her up and leant her against the tree. "I can only imagine," he said softly. "I think you need to be a little more careful," he said, kind of not buying the parkour excuse, but didn't want to press it because maybe it was true, he just didn't think that Mitchell was entirely innocent in all of this.

Aurelie, rather clumsy as she was and practising a rather dangerous sport, had too fallen from a lot greater heights, like a roof. Of course she hadn't got up unscathed from that one, she hadn't broken anything which was a miracle, she had merely cut her head open and bruised her ribs. She was a bit of an adrenaline junkie if she was quite honest with herself and she was very much used to the pain even if she did sometimes end up crying about the pain she had recieved. She could often be found climbing up a pole, a very high pole, just for an adrenaline boost and then jumping from the top of it to another pole where she would just sit, on top of it, as though nothing was wrong. it was a pretty amusing sight for some people while others couldn't quite get their heads around how she had managed to get up the first pole and then jump to the other without falling and hurting herself. Her height and weight helped some in the factor. She is very small.
She smiled lightly at his mistake, it had been the first time she had been mistaken for God, and she didn't think that it would ever happen again. To be mistaken for God had been a shock but it had also made her blush ever so slightly so that it wasn't noticeable. "Heavenly, I didn't know orange was heavenly, it's like fire, more like hell." Her voice was barely above a whisper as she spoke, but the small, light, smile never wavered from her mouth as she looked at him, still trying to figure out whether he had hurt himself or not. Aurelie didn't know why she had dyed her hair orange but she was glad that she had because it felt good to be different, sometimes. The dying of her hair hadn't been something that she had taken lightly, it had taken up a lot of thinking time and when she had finally decided on the color it had been orange, then it had gone from orange to yellow then from yellow back to orange and then to both orange and yellow, now she was thinking of dying it red, a bright red.
As he rubbed his eyes with his closed fists, Aurelie took his distraction to lift her shirt up slightly to see the damage that had been done to her side and ribs. She chewed on her lower lip when she saw the huge purple bruise that covered her whole side then quickly put her shirt back down when Frederick looked back up and checked his elbows by pushing up the sleeves of his hoody. She fiddled with the hem of her shirt to make sure that it was down and that her bruise wasn't showing; almost as though she were self concious of her image; which she was, secretly. Plus there was also the fact that she didn't really want to share her bruise with anyone because she was so scared of what Mitchell might do to her if she ever told anyone what he was doing. Aurelie rubbed her eyes as he spoke again and smiled a little more. "Okay, that's good." again, her voice was barely above a whisper, which wasn't something unusual for her.
She sat slowly down next to him, holding her side. She wasn't going to tell him what happened, well she would, but she would fabricate it a little so that it wasn't like she was getting Mitchell in trouble. She called him fish, it was a nice little nickname that she had for him, no idea where she got it from though, but it didn't seem to matter really because he seemed to like it, it made him smile at least, which was good. Now, she wasn't exactly fabricating when she explained that Parkour was dangerous; because it was, she had gotten her fair share of injuries from her sport and people had witnessed. After she fell backwards she felt a pair of hands around her, they were gentle as they helped her to lean her against the tree. She fumbled for a small smile but couldn't quite grasp one. Feeling a small breeze along her side she realised that her shirt had lifted up slightly and the bruise on her side could be seen very clearly, it was a large bruise too, it covered all of her side. "I know, I can't help it. I like the adrenaline." she flashed a grin at him.

•we sense the danger but don't wanna give up,, Frederick was an extreme adrienaline junkie, the kind of guy who would jump off of hotel balconies and into swimming pools just because he wanted to. A lot of people compared him to Bam Margera, saying the two of them were quite a like and both as crazy and stunt mad. It was true that he had quite a Jackass style personality, one for jumping around and trying to push boundries. He never did these stunts for anyone elses pleasure, but his own because he just enjoyed being that mad. He was that mad and he was tall enough not to break bones when he was jumping off of balconies, but he could still manage to do it. He was hoping to one day cut all the footage of him skateboarding, bailing and all of his mental stunts filmed by Juliette. It was amazing all the things he did with Juliette and how much the two of them got along. He had never thought about dating her really because she was a big sister to him, even though there was only really a couple of months between their ages. Most of his friend that were girls he saw as sister, especially Aurelie, hence why he was so protective of her.
Frederick nodded a little bit at her comment. It was a pretty fair comment but then orange was pretty heavenly as well. "Well, orange is kinda like yellow and that's like devine and heavenly and such," he said with a nod and a little grin. "On top of that, Miss Rush, you're too pretty to be from hell," he said with a harmless grin a little wink. She would know that he was joking because this was just the way he was. He loved to see girls smiled and always hated to see them frown and be sad so he would stroke their ego ever so lightly so they would be a little happier with themselves. Don't get him wrong, he never lied, if you looked like hell, he would definitely tell you, but in the nicest way possible. On the other hand, he wasn't a smoothie who just wanted to get in a girl's pants, he was just being sweet and kind, something his mother and his Papa Olaf raised him to do so.
Frederick was one of those guys who would show off his scars and bruises. He loved to run into his chemistry class and show everyone what happened to him over the weekend, even show them the footage if he had to. He loved to see people in pain but not in a weird sadistic way, in the way of, he could watch someone like Jack punching Brad over and over again and it would never get old because they were friends and it was a joke, the same reason why he was addicted to Jackass. If he ever saw someone having a fight, he would step in and break it up because he hated to see people in fights. He especially hated it when people who were supposed to be in love fought. He stepped in many times when Juliette and Brad were fighting, but now he didn't know whether to bother because he really did think she would be better with Jack and was starting to figure out that was who Juliette truely loved, but he wouldn't step in at all because it wasn't his place to say. "It sure is!" he said with a grin as he looked at his rather quiet friend.
Frederick caught sight of that really nasty bruise and he too had gotten one of them before but from skateboarding of course. He knew what bruises were like and that they were pretty nasty and usually hurt for a few days, but this guy could live through the pain. He was actually starting to believe her and forgot why he hated Mitchell so much. Of course, he still suspected that dickhead because he acted very dicky sometimes, but maybe there was no evidence that he was abusing Aurelie, he just had a really horrible suspicion. He leant over the little girl and smiled as he pulled down her shirt, after all, he was sure that she didn't want to flash it off to everyone because you had to tell everyone the story then. Now, he was a story teller, but some people didn't like sharing why they're covered in bruises and such. "Well, adrenaline is a very awesome kind of drug," he said with a nod and a grin, this boy knew all about adrenaline and it's euphoria.

Aurelie loved the way the wind felt in her hair as she was practising her sport, she'd jump off of anything and everything just to feel it in her hair, along with the feeling of adrenaline pumping through her veins and rushing to her head. For a girl she was pretty dangerous and absolutely adored being able to have free reign over her movements from one building to another. All the other students that took Parkour were males and they hated the fact that she was so agile with the work, they didn't think that she would ever be good enough to compete with them, but little Aurelie has won several medals for her hard work. She was small enough to get away with most of her dangerous stunts and had yet to break a bone in her body, touch wood. Aurelie, like Frederick, also wanted to get some awesome footage of her in action; well actually Frederick thought that it would be a good idea for her to do that because he loved her stuff and who knows; she might be seen by someone who liked her and then, well...you know the rest, I think.
Yes, it was a pretty fair comment because the color orange was, more often than not, associated with 'hell' because of all the fire and the pits and the fire, and did we mention fire? She still listened to what Frederick had to say back to her though and he was right. Orange, well it was kind of yellow wasn't it? And didn't she, at one point, have orange hair with parts dyed yellow? So yes, in a way Frederick was right and she shouldn't really argue since that wasn't very nice and Aurelie wasn't really the kind of person to argue with anyone - unless it was Mitchell. "Ooh, yes." she commented, absentmindedly running her slender fingers through her hair, which was currently red. Then she heard his next string of sentences and blushed slightly. Honestly she wasn't sure if he was joking or not. Of course she knew what he was like and that he liked to flirt - harmlessly - with girls and at the moment she wasn't sure if he was flirting or not so she tilted her head slightly at him and tried to force a smile. "Well, thank you." her Franklin accent came through a lot there.
The bruise had gone further than it was supposed to have, all the way to her ribs which was very painful indeed, but she tried not to let people know that she was in pain for most of the time with her bruise - she'd rather not have them worry. Aurelie could live through the pain, it wasn't that hard and she was pretty much used to it anyway so it really didn't matter all that much. When her bruise was accidentally flashed to Frederick, she watched him as he leant over her and pulled down her shirt for her, smiling back at him Aurelie nodded. "I love it and I feel the need to get some of pumping around me again!" She looked up at the tree and then over at the post, a few meters away from where she was sitting. Her mind was working hard, trying to figure out the distance and wondering if she'd be able to make it, or not. Biting down on her lower lip, Aurelie judged the distance once, twice, and three times just to make sure then she looked back up at the tree and narrowed her eyes. You could always tell when Aurelie was upto something, because she always had that kind of look on her young face - the one where you knew she was up to something or another.

•we sense the danger but don't wanna give up,, Frederick didn't like to boast his skateboarding achievements, but his mother had them proudly displayed around the Miller household. He had so many trophies that his mother was thinking of dedicating a room just to him, but his father didn't like the idea, as if he should care, he never spent any time at home any way. Sometimes people wondered why Frederick was so girly and giggly with such a respect for women and the answer was the fact he was raised by his old fashioned Papa Olaf and her dearest mother. He loved his mother with all his heart and hated to see her down, he was very protective of his mother too, you could insult him all day long and he wouldn't snap but as soon as you mentioned his mother, he would completely lose and would be quite likely to just give you a black eye and storm off with no thought about it. He wasn't a rasional thinker, but that's what made him who he was, so deal with it!
Frederick grinned at Aurelie. She was pretty, there was no doubt about it, even a blind man could see that but there was too factors which meant he didn't fancy her as more than a friend. First of all, she was going out with Mitchell. He wasn't a home wrecker and wouldn't ruin anything between a couple, even if he had a rather dislike for the boyfriend. Well, dislike wasn't really a strong enough word, but either way, he didn't like him and was very suspicious of him and And two, she was nice, sweet and just too much of a friend, one that he didn't crush on, he just thought she was pretty. A lot of girls had very pretty features but there was only one girl that he truely did have the hots for and that was his desrest Mercedes. "Ah, don't thank me, thank the angels that gave you you're good looks," he said with that little suave smile of his as he lightly knocked her chin. Yes, he was complimenting her, but only because he really did think she was that beautiful and possibly because he felt like her boyfriend wasn't the complimenting type.
Frederick smiled at her and then started to watch her closely. He knew exactly what she was up to right now because he usually had the same sort of expression on his face. He was always planning his next skate trick and trying to figure out whether he could be able to do it with what he had, which was usually a few pieces of ply wood and some nails. "Yeah, but not just yet, okay," he said with a grin, after all, the two of them had only just sat down. But then again, he could run to his dorm and grab his skateboard and the two of them could have a trick off. On top of that, he didn't want this little delicate package to hurt herself anymore, she needed to heal first before she went off doing anything else. Also, having an injury usually hindered your movement for the next week or so and if you stretched out, it would hurt and you'd flinch and end up falling on your face, he should know, he had done it quite often. "you should wait for the bruise to go down first," he advised carefully. He knew a lot about broken bones and bruises, so she should heed his warning really.

Aurelie had never really thought of herself as a beautiful girl type, of course she knew that she was pretty, but to what extent she was so, she usually left for others to decide. The red head wasn't conceited or anything of the likes and she hated people telling her that she was, but like any other female; Aurelie knew that there were girls out there far less prettier than what she was. The seventeen year old smiled faintly at Frederick and looked back down at the floor with her hand on her side; she knew he didn't like Mitchell and that one of these days Frederick was going to get all angsty with her boyfriend and something terrible might happen. Blushing at what the male companion said to her, Aurelie put her head down a little lower and let out a small, breath giggle of embarrassment - Frederick could be so suave and complimenting at times; it scared her. He was perfectly right in thinking that Mitchell wasn't the complimenting type of boyfriend though, even if he hadn't voiced that out loud, it was still very true. Not that she really minded or anything, Aurelie wasn't too keen on people telling her how pretty she was or wasn't all the time, it made her feel self-concious about her looks and her self-esteem factor would fall down a knotch or two because she didn't have as much confidence as she used to have before her band had split.
In her head, the Parkour lover was contemplating the school building for her next trick, it was a tad too high and there definitely was the risk of her falling to her death, or actually injuring herself to the point of broken bones. Then again; she could always get a rope and tie it securely. There was so many possibilities for the young girl to get her head around them all, however; her mind went back to the tree and the trash can - it seemed a lot safer at the moment, especially for someone in her condition. "Oui, I guess you're right." Aurelie agreed with Frederick; it would be madness to try anything at the moment for two or three reasons; a) they had only just sat down. b) her side was aching really bad and c) she didn't much feel like standing up right now because she was comfortable. Allowing room for the bruise on her side to heal up a bit was a very good idea at the moment, nothing too dangerous otherwise there may come the possibility that she may never be able to practise Parkour again because of the extent of her injury and that was something that she didn't want to ever happen. Parkour was now her life, her one true safety net (safety net being less likely considering) and without it she didn't know what she would do. Rather than answering Frederick with words this time, Aurelie simply nodded back at him and looked up.
It really was a nice day, at least they were outside and not inside like most of the other people. Well, mind you it was still kind of early on this lovely Saturday morning and people did rather like their sleep, did they not? Her mouth opened suddenly a big yawn escaped her throat; her eyes closed and started to water - she was extra tired now, having not noticed that it was still kind of early. Looking up, she raised a slender hand to her face and curled her fingers into a fist, rubbing her eyes, Aurelie started to change her position a little. Edging closer to Frederick, the little teen laid her head down in his lap and placed the soles of her feet flat on the ground with her knees in the air. Looking up at the sky, she watched the clouds with her bright green eyes and smiled faintly. "You're comfortable." Aurelie joked with her male friend, voice slightly louder than a whisper. This was not a lover position, this was purely platonic because of all things considered. "That cloud looks like a ship." The small of the two pointed a slender finger to the sky, directly at the cloud looking like a ship. This was a great past-time and it usually got her mind off of other things that she'd really rather not talk about - watching clouds and deciphering their shapes.

•we sense the danger but don't wanna give up,, Frederick was a ladies man in more than one sense of the word. He loved to be around girls because there was a certain amazingness of them, after all, they created things, things were in their bodies and they did so much for people. Every girl he met was the goddess of his world and he treated them the way they should be. In a way, he could sometimes be seen as the gay best friend because girls felt safe around him because they knew he would never try it one with them, he never kissed a girl unless it was love. His first kiss was at the age of eight to Matilda Reynolds, a girl he has always had a crush on and then that's when it happened, the kiss, and then they dated, and then she broke up with him because she wasn't allowed to date a boy because they had cooties. He found the break up a little strange, but that's what happens when you're a child. His mother taught him to look after women, mainly because he was raised by her his whole life. Then add his traditional Papa Olaf to the mix and you had this extremely traditionally gentlemanly but slightly flirty, young boy. He is a bit weird, but that's why people love him and why he has the amount of friends he has who really care about him as much as they do.
Oui, oh, the French word that he heard way too many times from his dearest 'sister' Juliette, it was something she always did, talking in French constantly which meant that no one understood what she was going on about, apart from Jack occasionally. He loved those two so much and knew that they were meant for each other, but then they were too stupid to get together and Brad had to come into it and take Juliette away from Jack, even Juliette's parents thought that Jack was the one she was dating, but he had no choice in the matter, unless he did something mean, but he wasn't mean, he was too nice so he wouldn't be able to split Jack and Juliette up. They were made for each other, they had the same initials for cripes sakes! But romance was something you couldn't control here, look at Aurelie, she loved the guy who abused her, it was sick. Although he didn't actually have any proof, it was just a sneaking suspicion he had, a strange feeling everytime they were together. Then he couldn't even tell the person he fancied that he fancied her and that he just wanted to go on a date with her, but hopefully he would be able to do something soon.
"I hear Juliette's French rubbing off on you," he said with a little chuckle. He began to shift back slightly so his back was against the tree. He then looked down at the little red head as she moved to lay her head on his lap. Now wasn't her glad that he had the title of being everyone's brother, otherwise he would be murdered by everyone's boyfriends. He watched her and smiled slightly. "Oh, you know me, I'm comfortable wherever you guys put me," he said with a little smirk. That was referring to the way he was always the one shifted into the uncomfortable places on movie nights and such because of the fact he was the one that didn't care, to be fair, he was comfortable whenever he was with his friends. He smiled slightly as he moved one of the hairs out of Aurelie's eye and then glanced up as she spoke about the clouds. He looked up and squinted slightly and then smiled with a little nod. "Oh, it really does!" he said, grinning wildly. He then searched the clouds himself. Point towards the cloud that looked like a lion he smiled proudly. "I found a lion though, I trump you," he said grinning as he looked back down at her.

It was kind of weird for Aurelie to now be in a situation where she actually had friends who looked after her and would do anything to keep her safe. Before she hadn't really had anyone to look out for her and most of the bad things that happened to her were because she hadn't been paying much attention to what was going on - that and she was kind of naive about things like this. Back when she was is the music business, Aurelie hadn't really had a lot of time to think about what was going on around her; her manager and band mates kept her focused on the music and anything that happened was 'purely bad luck'. A chair, a table, a door, a fist - anything and everything that she walked into was her own fault; she deserved it, of course. The red head dislike having things blamed on her, especially all those that weren't even her own fault; they got on her nerves but she never complained between she was too afraid of what they might do if she did.
Speaking in French was something that usually did whenever she was on the phone to her grandparents in Versailles. It made her feel as though she was welcome to the world and that she was loved by her family. Speaking small amounts of French gave her, her own sense of leeway in her life and she loved the fact that her grandparents refused to speak English with her - it was kind of funny for the small girl, but she loved speaking her native tongue. However; English was now her more prominent language; she spoke it more often and could quite possibly be mistaken for English if it hadn't been for her 'hick' accent. It was very thick and southern, she was quite proud of it. "Not really, Fish." Aurelie smiled wanly and shook her fringe out of her eyes. "I speak French all the time, you just don't know that I do." Okay, now she might possibly be playing around with him but that didn't seem to matter to her. "I could be speaking French right now, but all you're hearing is English 'cause I'm so good at hiding my ability to speak French with English wording, phrases, verbs, adjectives and stuff." She smiled up at him after she laid her head down on his lap and flattened the soles of her feet on the floor.
"Are you sure?" Aurelie asked when Frederick replied to being comfortable. "Because I could shift my position if you're not comfortable?" she asked a little concerned with his positioning. However she made no attempt to move at the moment 'cause she knew that he would probably tell her to lay back down and rest her side if she did. Aurelie was only going to move if he asked her too. Looking up at the clouds, the seventeen year old watched them and then found the ship amongst them. Frederick said that he found a lion and she giggled slightly, the movement shifted her and a feeling of pain passed over her and her expression changed to one of a pained one. Furrowing her brow at the feeling, Aurelie shook her head to pass it, but it seemed to only make it slightly more worse. Chewing on her bottom lip; the red head turned her head to the side so that Frederick couldn't see her expression. "Awh man, you have me beat." Her tone was weak and her eyes half closed. "But I think a penguin trumps your lion." Aurelie winced again.

•we sense the danger but don't wanna give up,, When Frederick told people the way he was, they didn't believe him. He lost it as a teenager, doing things just for attention so people could actually see him, he just always wanted his father to come home, so he was like that all the time. He had so many broken bones during that period and he didn't care, he just wanted someone to actually see him. That was when Juliette entered his life. She made a huge impact on him, calming him down because he finally found someone who cared about him and actually wanted to see him succeed. Plus, she was the first friend he made in Perth, even though she wasn't Australian, which he found a bit of a giggle. Whenever he went, he always had that one uber close friend, and Juliette was that friend in this place, but he had a lot more friends here than he had anywhere else. This is what he loved about Perth, he had so many good friends; Aurelie, Amelia, Jack, Brad, hell, he was even good friends with a lot of the teachers here and he loved people this popular.
There was only two languages this floppy haired skater spoke and they were English and Finnish. He never found Finnish any use because he only knew one other person who spoke it and he hardly saw his friend Ville. So, he never spoke Finnish, well, apart from when he was trying to teach Juliette how to speak it. She tried to teach him French a couple of times, but he can never get his head around the pronounciations, he just found it all so confusing, then he was a pretty simple guy. Let's face it, the only reason he speaks Finnish is because he was raised to speak it and the only reason he speaks English is because he had to so he could actually speak to people when he moved to America. "I doubt it, French confuses me," he said with a little grin. Well, he was telling the truth, he couldn't help it. He then smirked slightly to himself "Kummuta, I-KIRJAIN kanisteri haastaa Finnish, joten I-KIRJAIN voitto," he said with his perfect pronounciation in Finnish, he knew it confused people, but he loved it too much. He loved speaking Finnish and missed it, having to speak it at home when he got to visit and even phoning Ville so he can just have a Finnish conversation with someone.
Frederick sunk a little into his hoodie. He was a weird one, sure, it was a little cold, but he wanted to wear a hoodie today to keep him protected from the wet grass. He bit a little on the zip and then nodded with a smile. "I am perfectly comfortable," he said with a smile. He was always comfortable, nothing was an uncomfortable position, apart from the time Jack tried to stuff him into Juliette's suitcase, that was uncomfortable. He continued to stare up at the sky, smiling to himself like a little child. He giggled slightly at the penguin. "Oh, that's awesome," he said, grinning from ear to ear. He then searched the sky and nodded to himself as he finally caught sight of something totally awesome. "Penguins are cool, but my kitty cat is way cooler," he said grinning a little more. He looked down at Aurelie just as she turned away from him and raised an eyebrow slightly. "Carrot top, you okay down there?" he asked, a little concerned, he hoped to hell he hadn't hurt her.

Frederick didn't know it, but Aurelie knew a lot more languages than she made out that she could - this was because she didn't want to seem smug and conceited with her knowledge. From him, she had picked up quite a bit of the Finnish language, but she had learnt the Spanish, German, Swedish and Japanese through the travelling school and visits to those certain places with the band and simple holidays. Her French knowledge however, was the workings of her ethnicity; having been born and raised in France for the better part of her life. All in all, Aurelie, Juliette, Frederick and Jett could quite possibly create a whole new language with all the ones that they know, together. All of them (except Frederick) knew how to speak French (Juliette unbeknown about Jett's ability) and she doubted that it would be much longer before they all had Frederick speaking it - if only he could take in the pronounciations and correct accent. Of course this was going to take time, but that was something they all had, right? Well, Juliette and Jett only had their Junior and Senior years to go. Frederick had his Sophomore, Junior and Senior years to go. Aurelie, however; had only just gone into her Freshman year so she had a year longer to attempt to teach Frederick French.
"French isn't that confusing, Fish." Aurelie furrowed her brow at her older friend and then gave him a warm smile, which smiled as soon as he started to speak in Finnish. A look of confusion dawned across her pale features for several long moments until she slowly began to understand it, for the most part anyway. Her translation of it might have been a little off, but she didn't care, as long as she wasn't as confused as she had been at first. "You're challenging England?" she asked with a slight laugh, unsure of her translation. "But losing, hm." Aurelie couldn't help but let out another small laugh as she tried to come up with reasons as to why he would be challenging the English and then losing. Shouldn't he be winning, not losing? "Well, that's all very well, but what are we going to do with the Australians? I mean; I know for certain that I live in Australia at the moment and I don't see very many 'England' over here, Fishy-pie." Furrowing her brow a little further, Aurelie turned her head to the side to see his expression in her confusing sentence; there was a slight smirk on her face crossed with uncertainty about her translation, still. "I mean, I know of an 'England', but I'm pretty sure it's nowhere near Australia, amIright!?" the last part came out pretty fast. "Anyway; how could you be losing? Should you not be winning, instead?" She asked with a careful tone.
"Oh good, as long as you're comfortable." Aurelie whispered, turning her head back to watch the clouds pass through the sky, above their heads and out of sight. "Penguins are not merely," lifting her hands up in the air, the red head made air quotations with her fingers as she continued her sentence, "cool, they are more than that. Saying that Penguins are cool is like saying that I was born in Germany." She was joking, of course - anyone and everyone that knew Aurelie knew that she was born in France and grew up in Franklin, Tennessee from the age of seven. "A kitty cat does not trump a Penguin. The penguin is a bird; it will eat your kitty - if it were to be a carnivorne." When she moved and winced, Aurelie stopped talking so that she could take a breath and relax herself before she started to panic. "Mm, I'm fine." She nodded slightly and then plastered a small, fake smile on her face. "Just a little pang of pain." the freshman admitted to her friend. "Nothing too serious, s'all good." she smiled wanly and then looked back up at the clouds. "Though a cookie shaped cloud tops the list. Trumps a penguin, even." To get away from the talk of her pain, Aurelie looked to the clouds again.

•we sense the danger but don't wanna give up,, Frederick isn't a very educated young boy, in fact he's pretty stupid when it boils down to it. He was a chemistry genius, that you couldn't deny. He would never listen in school, but somehow he would get all the scientific questions right. He knew his science down to a tee and that's why his friends loved him really. He was amazing at making explosions and any kind of chemical reaction, meaning his skate videos and the music videos he made with Juliette. He was a master with chemicals, but when it came to speaking different languages, he sucked. He could just about speak English half the time, why do you think he made up his own words? Purely for the fact it was the only way he could get his point across. He was truly crazy, a person who didn't care for smarts really, he had his skateboarding and although it seemed a little silly, that's all he needed to keep him good in the world. As long as he could skateboard, he could build a whole empire on it and become famous and then help her friends out when they needed it. He could just imagine it now, Jack would be his business person as he is pretty smart. Juliette would be his fashion designer along with a musical assistant just to make his movies that little bit special. Aurelie would probably be the one he would be giving most of his money to as Juliette was loaded and Juliette would be married to Jack, then of course, Mercedes would be married to himself. A small sigh escaped his lips as he grinned with happiness at his views of the future.
He nodded furiously as she stated French wasn't confusing, it was one of the most confusing things he had every heard, all the le's and la's and all that other weird stuff confused this poor boy. An eyebrow raised in slight confusion as the girl before him rambled on, she was a little strange sometimes and she obviously didn't understand his Finnish in the slightest. His words had been as simple as 'Well, I speak Finnish, so I win' not that confusing when you think about it, but pretty confusing when you speak it in Finnish really. He chuckled to himself and wondered what she was going on right now. She was actually confusing him more than Juliette did when she spoke French! "Carrot top...I spoke nothing of England, or losing," he said with a little smile to himself, he had finally confused someone and it didn't involve having to speak in formulas. "I actually said; Well, I speak Finnish, so I win," he said, almost grinning from ear to ear. He couldn't help it, he was so proud of confusing someone with Finnish.
He shook his head with a little dismay. How could anyone think a penguin trumped a kitty cat, first of all, cats had those razor sharp claws and teeth, on top of that, they were truly adorable and for some magical reason, they reminded him of Juliette, which is why they won even more. "But you were born in France," he said with a little cheeky grin, he loved stating the obvious, it should be his offical job title really because that's what he always did. "Kitty cats rule, they win over a penguin any day, they could claw their eyes out and then bite their butts," he said, still grinning from ear to ear. He was a little loony, but that's why they loved him really. He listened to her words and nodded, guessing she would be okay, he didn't want to push the matter because people got annoyed when you asked them over and over if they were okay, he found out the hard way, hence the kind of black eye he was sporting right now, he knew he should have stopped asking Juliette what was up with her and Brad, but he wanted to know. "But surely a cookie shaped cloud is just a circular cloud, which means it could be anything that cyclical, such as a skateboarding wheel," he said with a little chuckle to himself, looking up at the cloud shaped in a circle.
